Made-to-Order Shipping Timeline
Every item from Felix Rae Designs is made to order, created specifically for you. Because of that, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Order Processing & Production

  • Production time: 2–3 weeks (made to order)

  • Once your order is ready, it will ship out right away

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is on the way

Shipping Time (After Production)
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few business days after they ship.

Important Notes

  • Since items are made to order, we’re unable to speed up production once an order is placed

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t guarantee changes once production begins

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, check with neighbors/front desk first, then message us and we’ll help
