Final Sale Policy (Made-to-Order Items)
Because every Felix Rae Designs item is custom-made to order, all purchases are final sale. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Why Final Sale?
Our products are created specifically for each customer (and many are personalized), so we can’t restock them like regular inventory.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you. If your order arrives with an issue that’s our fault (wrong item, damaged item, or a clear printing error), contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll review it quickly and make it right.

Before You Order (Important Reminder)

  • Double-check size, color, and personalization details before placing your order

  • Production time is 2–3 weeks since everything is made to order
